Structural Designer

Develop and maintain BIM/Revit models to support structural design projects across industrial environments. Support project startup by ensuring proper setup, workflows, and documentation standards. Oversee BIM usage, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure adherence to modeling standards. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, coordinated design deliverables. Create and maintain content libraries, templates, and conduct model audits for quality control. Provide training and guidance to team members on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices. Support continuous improvement by researching and implementing new BIM tools, technologies, and automation (Dynamo/Python).
