Job Summary
The Structural Design Intern will collaborate with architects, engineers, and drafters to develop structural designs for various construction projects, including buildings and bridges. Key responsibilities include drafting and revising calculations, drawings, and specifications, as well as utilizing CAD software to produce accurate structural models. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of engineering principles, experience with design software, and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing BA or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and structural design concepts
