Job Summary
Join Benesch as a Structural Bridge Project Manager, responsible for mentoring engineers and managing project teams while ensuring quality control and effective communication with clients. The role requires a strong background in bridge design, specifically with CDOT projects, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Essential qualifications include a BS in Civil or Structural Engineering, a Colorado PE or SE License (or ability to obtain), and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a strong record in client relations and business development.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil and/or Structural Engineering
- Colorado PE or SE License required or ability to obtain
- Minimum 8 years of relevant bridge design experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience working with the CDOT and/or Colorado local agencies
- Strong organization and leadership skills
