Job Summary
Prepare project specifications, complete project documents, and perform analyses for design, planning, impact studies, and cost analyses. Interpret data, design complete projects and systems, and conduct quality control reviews and field observations of ongoing construction. Provide technical guidance, assign tasks to junior staff, and manage small multidisciplinary teams. This embedded position reports to the office five days per week in Celebration, FL, within the Moving I-4 Forward Program Office. Candidates must hold a PE license, five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in production software. Required Qualifications
- Have a degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have your PE and be in good standing.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience.
- Be knowledgeable of applicable federal, state and local codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances.
- Be proficient in production software and construction document production.
- Have a passion for formulating and solving problems with timely and innovative solutions.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders.
