Job Summary
Lead or assist in leading highway and railway bridge projects within Hanson’s Infrastructure Market, including complex structural analysis and design; perform calculations and develop specifications, details, and construction plans; manage project budgets and mentor entry- and mid-level staff; support proposals and scope/fee development; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients on national projects; must have a Civil Engineering degree with structural coursework, PE registration, and at least 5 years of experience; Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is preferred; SE registration or the ability to obtain one is preferred; proficient in structural analysis software (Risa, Midas, LARSA, Leap Bridge Concrete, L-Pile, AASHTOWare) and familiar with DOT bridge design practices; strong communication and leadership skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural coursework
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration
- 5+ years of experience
