Job Summary
Structural BIM Modeler (Revit) responsible for developing Revit Structure models and construction documents for commercial projects, producing 3D structural models for design coordination and visualization, revising models from redlines, and coordinating with structural engineers and internal teams to ensure accurate deliverables; requires 2+ years of Revit Structure experience, ability to produce CDs, and knowledge of steel/concrete construction; office-based in Miami, FL with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience using Revit Structure for structural modeling
- Experience producing structural construction documents (CDs)
- Experience working on commercial building projects (e.g., office, retail, multifamily, or similar)
- Understanding of structural systems, including steel and/or concrete construction
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet project deadlines
