Job Summary
Guide complex, high-impact building projects in the government market sector, including Federal, State, and Local initiatives, by collaborating with the Protective Design & Security team. Lead multi-practice project delivery end-to-end, steering design, managing teams, and driving decisions with real autonomy while developing familiarity with U.S. government security standards and BIM workflows. Provide clear, confident guidance on advanced structural challenges and integrated design solutions, grow and mentor a high-performing team, and expand client relationships to position the firm for new opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, PE/SE licensure, 8+ years of experience, and ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience
- demonstrated technical depth in new or existing building design focused in the government market sector
- Federal experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
