Job Summary
Conduct structural analysis and design for high-rises, bridges, and commercial buildings while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and codes. Perform structural calculations, prepare detailed design documents, and utilize software tools to produce accurate models. Collaborate with senior engineers on technical challenges, participate in field inspections, and contribute to project coordination meetings. Support client reviews through reports and technical documentation. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to plan production and project financials for engineering graduates joining the Charleston office in 2026.
Required Qualifications
- An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2026 in one of the following majors: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering
- Working knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
- Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
