Job Summary
Design and analyze vertical structures, including high rises, bridges, and retaining walls, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and codes. Perform structural calculations, prepare detailed design documents, and utilize structural design software to produce accurate models. Collaborate with senior engineers on project coordination meetings, participate in field inspections, and support client presentations. Receive formal training, mentorship, and exposure to plan production and project financials as an Engineering graduate joining the team in 2027.
Required Qualifications
- An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027 in one of the following majors: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering
- Working knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
- Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
