Job Summary
Assist in the design and analysis of vertical structures, including high rises, bridges, and retaining walls, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and codes. Perform structural calculations, prepare detailed design documents, and utilize structural design software to produce accurate models. Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop innovative solutions, while participating in field inspections and site visits to gather data. Contribute to project coordination meetings and support the preparation of reports and technical documentation for client review. As a critical team member, you will receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to plan production and project financials. This entry-level role requires an ABET accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027 and working knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D.
Required Qualifications
- An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027 in one of the following majors: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering
- Working knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
- Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
