Job Summary

Conduct structural analysis and design for high-rises, bridges, and commercial buildings while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and codes. Perform structural calculations, prepare detailed design documents, and utilize software tools to produce accurate models. Collaborate with senior engineers on project coordination meetings, participate in field inspections, and support client-facing presentations. Receive formal training and mentorship to develop skills in plan production and project financials. Requires an ABET accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027, working knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D, and excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications

  • An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027 in one of the following majors: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering
  • Working knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
