Job Summary
Structural Analysis Engineer for JD Dubuque Works in Dubuque, IA: Analyze steel structures using Optistruct to perform modal, linear, non-linear static, dynamic analysis to support development and refinement of designs from components to assembly level. Collaborate with test and design to develop efficient analysis plans and conduct correlation studies of analysis to physical test results. Support product program timelines and development of analytical toolsets. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Education required includes Bachelor's in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited engineering program
- Experience with FEA software (Abaqus/Ansys/OptiStruct)

- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to travel 5-25% based on business needs
