Job Summary
Engage potential members by conducting studio tours, clarifying membership options, and enrolling new guests using established protocols. Manage lead generation by scheduling appointments, following up on opportunities, and executing daily outreach to maximize conversions. Provide a friendly check-in process, address member inquiries with professionalism, and maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure a member-centric experience while driving acquisition and retention. Requires current AED/First Aid/CPR certification and 1+ years in sales or customer service. Full-time role with competitive commission eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on relationship-based selling and value-building
- Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform frequent physical activities including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walking
