Job Summary
Conduct in-person on-site home consultations and property evaluations within the Ventura County area for Airbnb Luxe properties. Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions, then complete structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates. Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts, coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email, and ensure timely submission of reports following each consultation. Requires reliable transportation, willingness to travel to assigned locations, and ability to complete reports via a tablet/phone with an internet connection. Assignment-based work with variable volume; typical tasks take approximately 2 hours per property.
Required Qualifications
- Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields
