Job Summary
Conduct in-person on-site home consultations for Airbnb Luxe properties in Steamboat Springs, perform property evaluations, capture high-quality photos, and complete structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates. Maintain professional communication with Hosts, coordinate scheduling via MediaBox and email, and ensure timely submission of reports. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and comfort with travel within the assigned zone; must be located within about an hour of Steamboat Springs and able to operate reports online.
Required Qualifications

- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Tech-enabled to complete reports via internet
- Own a phone or tablet to complete reports and upload photos
