Job Summary
Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations to uphold Airbnb's Luxe quality standards. Capture high-quality photos, document property conditions, and complete structured assessment reports based on independent expert evaluations. Maintain professional communication with Hosts and coordinate scheduling through MediaBox and email. Submit detailed evaluation reports following each consultation to support the luxury quality review process. This project operates on an as-needed basis with fluctuating assignment volumes. Compensation is per-assignment, with rates ranging from $85 to $105 for one-bedroom properties plus travel fees based on zone proximity.
