Job Summary
Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations for Airbnb Luxe properties in the Michigan City area. Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions, then complete structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates. Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts, coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email, and ensure timely submission of reports following each consultation. Comfortable with travel to assigned locations, flexible scheduling, and using a phone/tablet to complete reports and upload photos. Strong attention to detail and excellent written/spoken English are required.
