Strong Communicators Needed for Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Project in the NC Mountains. Conduct in-person onsite home consultations, document property conditions, capture high-quality photos, and prepare structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates. Manage scheduling/communication with Hosts, and ensure timely submission of reports. Relevant background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields is preferred but not required; requires reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned zone. Compensation is on a per-assignment basis with base rates for 1-bedroom properties and incremental travel compensation based on distance.
