Stroke Territory Manager - Austin/San Antonio - Neurovascular

Job Summary
The Stroke Territory Manager will drive sales and provide customer support for the AIS neurovascular portfolio within a designated territory (Austin/San Antonio). Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, executing launch strategies, conducting product introductions and in-services, analyzing territory potential, developing quarterly business plans, tracking market competition, building customer relationships, supporting physician education programs, participating in professional events, and maintaining stock/quality controls. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or four years of equivalent sales/medical experience), 4+ years outside sales experience, ability to negotiate terms, strong communication and presentation skills, travel up to ~30% (territory field-based). The role is field-based with remote work options and local travel to customer sites in the assigned Texas territory, with Stryker’s Neurovascular AIS portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of four (4) years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience including operating room experience
- 4 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred)
