Stroke Sepsis Nurse Coordinator

Facilitate the development and adherence of sepsis and stroke program protocols by collaborating with medical staff to provide multidisciplinary care. Round with physicians to review clinical data for patients with sepsis diagnoses while developing individualized teaching plans for patients and families. Coordinate committee meetings, conduct concurrent data reviews for regulatory compliance, and analyze patient data to improve outcomes and decrease length of stay. Ensure protocols become the standard of care within the facility through education and clinical expertise.
