Job Summary
Stroke Program Coordinator at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital (full-time). Responsible for developing and implementing stroke education plans, guiding clinical practice, conducting data-driven quality improvement initiatives, and promoting evidence-based stroke care. Leads leadership development among colleagues, aligns resources with strategic goals, analyzes data to meet fiscal and service objectives, and communicates ideas concisely. Requires RN licensure in Virginia, a BSN, and BLS (ACLS preferred), with 2 years acute care experience including 1 year in quality/performance improvement; preferred ED/critical care experience and specialty certifications. Travel to community events is occasional; role offers sign-on and relocation assistance and hybrid/flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Licensed in Virginia as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
