Job Summary
Stroke Neurologist needed for an inpatient consult-focused role at a Level II Trauma Center and Joint Commission Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. Responsibilities include managing acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, TIA, status epilepticus, and complex inpatient neurology consults within a pure inpatient consult model (clinic optional). Work with a multidisciplinary team, state-of-the-art neurodiagnostics including on-site video EEG (interpretation not required), and participate in a predictable 7 AM–7 PM day shift with after-hours call. Requirements include MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Neurology; vascular neurology/stroke fellowship strongly preferred; experience in acute stroke evaluation, tPA administration, and coordination with neurointerventional/neurocritical care teams. Compensation ranges from 450k–600k annually with CME, insurance benefits, and 1099 or W2 options; travel or relocation benefits not specified.
