Territory-based Field Sales role responsible for ensuring Red Bull Perfect Store presence within designated territory (Budapest, Hungary) across Retail and Impulse channels. Key duties include effective store visits, POS/branding adherence, stock availability, product visibility, and communication of brand messages; building strong relationships with store managers/owners; proactive identification of business opportunities to enhance in-store presence and distribution; managing inventory to minimize stock-outs; conducting audits and providing precise reporting via GET system; ensuring promotional periods are executed per contract terms; and representing the Red Bull brand professionally with market insights (sales performance, market share) to support strategic objectives. Required skills include negotiation, communication, presentation, data reporting, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
