Stretch Trainer

Deliver one-on-one stretch services to clients; engage, encourage, and coach clients throughout sessions; prospect, develop and retain stretch clients; present and sell training services; ensure client safety by applying evidence-based stretching protocols; present nutritional supplements that would benefit members’ fitness results; provide customer service and resolve concerns; assist Fitness Counselors and Management with facility tours and sales; disinfect and maintain equipment for client use; adhere to attendance policies; CPR certification required within 30 days of hire; able to work in a gym setting and operate company computer systems; physical ability to bend and lift more than 40 lbs; eligible for variable compensation including commission and bonuses; hourly pay range and benefits as listed.
