Job Summary
Deliver personalized one-on-one stretch sessions using the StretchMed method, guiding clients through structured flows with real-time feedback. Apply percussion therapy to enhance recovery and circulation while tracking progress to adjust future sessions based on client goals. Educate clients on long-term benefits of assisted stretching and build rapport to convert intro sessions into memberships. Maintain a clean, safe studio environment and participate in community awareness efforts and referral promotions. Evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM with rotating Saturdays. Certification in a movement-related field required.
Required Qualifications
- Certification, license, or degree in a movement-related field (e.g., personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy aide, exercise science, athletic training)
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to follow structured systems and deliver personalized experiences
- Physically capable of assisting client movement and standing for extended periods
- Dependable and punctual with consistent availability for evenings and rotating Saturdays
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for health and wellness
