Stretch Therapist

Job Summary
Conduct personalized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, perform assessments, and create customized stretch plans for clients. Educate individuals on movement patterns and proper techniques while tracking progress through detailed session notes. Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a top-tier experience and participate in events to grow the client base. Requires certification in stretch therapy or related field, strong anatomy knowledge, and ability to explain complex concepts simply. Guaranteed hourly pay with commission on new client conversions and memberships. Paid certification training and mentorship opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in stretch therapy, massage therapy, personal training, or a related field
- OR a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, etc.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others improve movement and live better lives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fitness, physical therapy, chiropractic, or sports performance
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way
- Comfortable recommending membership options to new clients
- Lives within 30 minutes of our Chandler studio with reliable transportation
