Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client while educating them on mobility, recovery, and consistency. Create a safe, professional, and engaging experience by building relationships that drive retention and referrals. Maintain client notes, manage recurring sessions, support studio operations, and participate in light sales conversations. This part-time role requires availability for evenings and weekends with a consistent weekly schedule. Paid training is provided for all team members.
Required Qualifications
- Background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines
- Degree in a related field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine)
- National certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA)
- Current license/certification (PT/PTA, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Yoga/Pilates/Barre Instructor)
- Comfort with hands-on client interaction
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends
- Consistent weekly schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Strong movement backgrounds (such as dance or similar training)
