Job Summary
Provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions to help members feel and move better; lead clients through assisted stretch sessions (PNF and contract-relax) and recovery sessions using tools like Hypervolt, plus breathing drills; conduct pre-participation screening and goal setting; offer floor-support and safety education; promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services; complete client-program documentation; stay current on certifications and industry trends; deliver superior customer service to ensure clients feel competent, confident, and connected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certification
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
- Ability to perform aerobic activity for duration of class and lift up to 50 pounds
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field (preferred)
- Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)
