Stretch Specialist at Life Time provides branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, leads clients through PNF and contract-relax techniques, conducts pre-participation screening and goal setting, offers stretch-program demos, supports member education and safety on the fitness floor, promotes/stretch service sales, and maintains ongoing certification and knowledge in recovery techniques and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
