Job Summary
Stretch Specialist delivers branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions to members, leading clients through assisted stretch (e.g., PNF and contract-relax) and recovery sessions (including assisted stretching, percussion devices, and breathing drills). Role includes conducting pre-participation screening and goal setting, providing fitness-floor support, promoting/stretch-program sales, completing client-program administrative tasks, maintaining current certifications, and staying aligned with industry trends to advance within the program. Emphasis on delivering a superior member experience, safety, education, and customer service to drive client goal achievement and retention.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
