Job Summary
Stretch Specialist position at Life Time focusing on providing branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, leading clients through stretching techniques (e.g., PNF, contract-relax) and recovery sessions with tools like hypervolt percussion. Responsibilities include developing client programs, conducting pre-participation screenings and goal setting, offering fitness floor assistance, promoting/stretch session services, completing client documentation, staying current on certifications and industry trends, and delivering superior member service to drive client goal achievement and retention.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certification
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)
- Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field
