Job Summary
PT-Stretch Specialist provides branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions to help members feel and move better, leading clients through stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques and recovery sessions with assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills. Reads required trainings, conducts stretch and recovery demos including pre-participation screening and goal setting, provides fitness floor assistance, promotes and sells stretch session programs, completes client programming documentation, stays current on credentials and industry trends, and supports a positive member experience and Life Time brand.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques
