Job Summary
Provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions to Life Time members, guiding clients through assisted stretching and recovery programs using techniques such as PNF and contract-relax. Develop safe, professional client programs, conduct demos and screenings, promote stretch session programs, and maintain certification and ongoing training. Deliver superior member service, support safety and education on stretching and recovery, and handle administrative tasks related to each client’s fitness plan while staying current with industry trends and credentials.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certification
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques
- Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds
