Stretch Specialist provides branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions to members, leads client programs with techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching, conducts stretch/recovery demos including screenings and goal setting, supports safety and member education on the fitness floor, promotes stretch session programs, and maintains up-to-date certifications while delivering superior customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
