Stretch Specialist

Job Summary
Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention. Lead members through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching, and guide recovery sessions with hypervolt percussion and breathing drills. Conduct pre-participation screenings, medical history reviews, and goal setting for new clients to assess and recommend stretching programs. Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, educate members, and motivate participation while promoting stretch session programs. Complete all administrative requirements for client fitness plans and maintain current certifications and industry trends. Earn commissions between 10% and 60% based on productivity, with a weekly minimum at applicable minimum wage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
- Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class
- Ability to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of personal training experience
- Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field
- Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)
