Stretch Specialist

Job Summary
Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention while leading members through assisted stretch and recovery sessions using techniques like PNF, contract-relax stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills. Conduct pre-participation screenings, medical history reviews, and goal setting for new clients, then provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, educate members, and motivate participation. Promote stretch session programs and personal training services, complete all administrative requirements for fitness plans, and document client programming details. Maintain current certifications and industry trends to advance within the level program. This role supports Life Time's mission to help members live happier, healthier lives across its 160+ athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
- Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class
- Ability to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of personal training experience
- Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field
- Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)
