Stretch Specialist

Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention while leading members through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching. Guide clients through recovery sessions employing assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills, and conduct pre-participation screenings and goal setting for new members. Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, educate, and motivate all members, while promoting stretch session programs and other personal training services. Complete administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan and document all aspects of programming. Maintain current certifications and industry trends to advance throughout the level program, ensuring members feel competent and connected through superior customer service.
