Stretch Specialist

Job Summary
Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention while leading members through assisted stretch and recovery sessions using techniques like PNF and hypervolt percussion. Conduct pre-participation screenings, medical history reviews, and goal setting for new clients, then provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, educate, and motivate all members. Promote stretch session programs and personal training services, complete administrative requirements for each fitness plan, and document all client programming aspects. Maintain current certifications, industry trends, and credentials to advance through the levels program while delivering superior customer service. Earn commissions between 10% and 60% based on productivity with a weekly minimum at applicable minimum wage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified personal Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
- Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques
- Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class
- Ability to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of personal training experience
- Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field
- Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar)
