Job Summary
Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques, guiding clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement. Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care while creating a welcoming client experience. Communicate professionally with clients and team members, adhering to safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines. This full-time role includes 20 hours with flexible times, paid training, and ongoing education within a supportive, wellness-driven studio environment.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
- Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC)
- Yoga or Pilates instructor certification
