Job Summary
Lead Stretch Specialist delivering one-on-one stretch sessions to help clients improve flexibility and mobility, assess member needs, create personalized stretching programs, mentor a team of stretch specialists, teach recovery techniques to the Life Time team, and maintain a focused recovery space aligned with the Dynamic Personal Training Method.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Certified Pilates Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
