Job Summary
Conduct academic and behavioral support for identified scholars using a strengths-based approach, implementing the SOAR process to identify strengths, opportunities, and aspirations. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and Promise Neighborhood staff to develop individual leverage plans and progress monitor caseloads. Document weekly report logs for grant compliance and submit materials to School Renewal Specialists for coaching sessions. Assist scholars and parents in learning evidence-based practices across Early Learning, School Success, and College and Career Readiness initiatives. Ensure regular in-person attendance and maintain a specific caseload under the principal's direction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with urban high school students
- Consistently demonstrate dependable attendance
