Job Summary
Executive Fellow will conduct a landscape analysis across health, education, and workforce systems; develop an integrated framework aligning healthcare access, workforce development, and data infrastructure; lead a structured stakeholder listening tour across Cradle to Career initiatives and county agencies; map existing programs and partnerships to identify gaps and opportunities; articulate a funder-ready investment strategy to support long-term implementation; and deliver an actionable strategy and governance framework to advance cross-sector collaboration and improve outcomes for Fresno County families.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management
- Synthesizes complex information into clear and concise recommendations and action-oriented implementation plans
- Develops and effectively implements strategic and operational project management plans
- Generates innovative, data-driven, and result-oriented solutions to complex challenges
- Communicates effectively verbally and in writing and excels in active listening and conversing
- Fosters collaboration across multiple constituencies to support more effective decision-making
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, both inside and outside of government
- Embraces differing viewpoints and implements strategies to find common ground
- Demonstrates confidence and professional diplomacy while effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of various organizations
