Job Summary
Conduct daily strength, speed, agility, and deceleration training for professional and collegiate athletes, ensuring consistent execution of the ETS training philosophy. Perform 3-5 new athlete evaluations weekly and provide monthly progress reports to parents. Manage staff hiring and maintain a safe, intense training floor while adhering to the Directors Non-Negotiable Manual. Complete minimum one off-site meeting weekly and remain available via cell and social media for staff, athletes, and potential leads. Work 40-60 hours weekly in Dallas, TX, with relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- GA or Head Strength Coach
- 2 years Fitness Strength Training experience
- Dallas, TX location
- Willing to relocate
- Minimum of 40-60 hours a week work week
- Available for off-site meetings
- Available via cell, email & social media
- Committed to growing all of the ETS Performance Services
- Committed to following the ETS Marketing Plan and daily duties
- Committed to monthly dialogue with parents
- Follow and adhere to all daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities via the ETS Directors Non-Negotiable Manual
- Perform a minimum of 3-5 new athlete evaluations each week
- Arrive 30 minutes early to work each day
- Be present and command the training floor during all ETS training sessions
- Follow-up with past inquiries and prospects
- Provide a safe, clean and intense training atmosphere
- Maintain a positive public image on social media platforms
- Create and maintain a positive image both inside and outside the facility
- Wear proper ETS attire for every session/shift
- Interview and hire all new staff/interns each semester/quarter
- Follow and adhere to ETS Directors Non-Negotiable Manual
