Job Summary
D1 Coaches empower athletes by fostering a positive and motivating environment and maximizing client retention through exceptional service in coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Responsibilities include modifying movements tailored to individual needs, reducing injury risks through proper technique, and delivering educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition. Candidates must hold a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification and one NCCA-accredited certification, along with at least one year of relevant experience in a training setting and preferably a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.
Required Qualifications
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
- Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)
