Job Summary
Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams while providing personalized coaching and instruction on form, technique, and movement mechanics. Modify workouts to match athletes' current ability levels and help them improve strength, speed, agility, and overall performance. Build strong relationships with members, maintain regular communication, and start and finish sessions on time in a high-energy environment. Support member retention through accountability and service. Requires CPR/AED/First Aid certification and 1+ year of experience in strength & conditioning or group fitness. Part of a rapidly expanding brand focused on athlete development and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, or group fitness
- Strong understanding of exercise science, movement patterns, and injury prevention
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
