Job Summary
Lead group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams while providing personalized coaching and individualized guidance. Teach proper form and movement mechanics, modifying workouts to match athletes' current ability levels. Deliver high-energy instruction with cues and corrections to improve strength, speed, agility, and overall performance. Build strong relationships with athletes and families to support member retention and foster a positive training environment. Maintain a clean, safe facility and participate in coach meetings, continuing education, and community events. Evening and weekend availability required; competitive pay includes group coaching rates and personal training opportunities. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, sports performance, or group fitness
- Strong understanding of exercise science, movement patterns, and safe exercise execution
- Ability to coach athletes of different ages, abilities, and experience levels
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Coachable and committed to continuous learning
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Evening and weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Nationally recognized certification such as CSCS, NASM, NSCA, USAW, ACE, or similar
