Job Summary

Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1, responsible for fostering a positive, motivating environment for athletes and delivering best-in-class coaching across group workouts, personal training, and team sessions. Duties include modifying and adapting movements to suit individuals, reducing injury risk through proper technique, teaching form and movement, and providing nutrition guidance and educational advice to Scholastic (ages 7-18), adults, and teams. The role emphasizes building relationships with members, ensuring on-time starts/ finishes, and driving client retention through high-energy coaching and accountability. Required Qualifications

  • Has a valid AED/ CPR/ First Aid certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting
  • Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
  • Min 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting
  • Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • Strong customer service and coaching skills
