Job Summary
Drive sales and expand Monster Brewing's presence by merchandising and installing selling materials across assigned retail route. Build strong relationships with store managers, energize product displays, maximize chilled placement, manage point-of-sale materials, maintain program assets, and represent the brand with punctuality and professionalism. Requires frequent lifting, entering store coolers, and driving a personal vehicle with reimbursement; travel within the assigned territory and adherence to shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Prefer a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or working toward it)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to frequently lift 10-25 pounds
