Job Summary
Assist with setup and breakdown of activation equipment including sound, tables, tents, and games at ballpark and grassroots events. Manage tent and table activations by interacting with fans, distributing giveaways, and running on-site games and sweepstakes. Collaborate with multiple departments to execute special ticket package distributions and off-site events such as rallies, watch parties, and mascot appearances. Positively represent the Baltimore Orioles brand at Camden Yards and third-party festivals while contributing to brand enhancement brainstorming. Requires valid driver's license, flexibility for long nights and weekends, and ability to work 5-10 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible to be covered under the company's insurance policy
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to work long hours on nights and weekends
- Ability to work for at least 5-10 hours per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
