Job Summary
Street Outreach Worker at Brighton Center, Inc. responsible for establishing relationships with Runaway & Homeless Street Youth, providing crisis intervention and case management, identifying emergency needs and coordinating referrals to shelter or other services, maintaining rapport with police, agencies, community leaders and businesses to educate and gain support, planning and coordinating activities/events for community youth, providing aftercare services and referrals, ensuring concise timely documentation meeting grant requirements, and completing required trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required, Bachelors preferred
- 21 years old
- 1 year experience with youth
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean background check
- Data collection and documentation experience preferred
